Our Content Services team manage and process over 530,000 content assets each year. We have teams covering Media Management, Ingest, Access Services, Stills, Quality Checking & Assurance and Archives.

Access Services

We provide over 34,000 hours of subtitling a year, as well as 1,200 hours of audio description for our hard of seeing customers.

Content Processing

From live ingest and playout for our live News channels, to incoming feeds for Sports, our centralised area provides an ingest solution for all business requirements. Media Management ensure that all Sky’s shows and those of our joint ventures and third parties meet every deadline. Our QC/QA teams ensure the quality and customer experience for all our platforms, and our Content Handling teams provide top level Broadcast Services.


Our Archive teams are centralised, providing research and material services across live Sports and News channels, as well as fulfilling the considerable imagery requirement across the business.
